The VDD270 is a fully autonomous system capable of dispersing powders onto a flat surface or various supports, such as microscope slides.
Its integrated vacuum-based mechanism ensures consistent and reproducible sample distribution, eliminating inconsistencies in particle measurement.
Powder is introduced through a membrane support located on top of the vacuum chamber.
The built-in pump creates a vacuum that gently opens the membrane, allowing particles to be evenly dispersed and collected onto a glass slide at the base of the dispersion chamber.
